Chuckleberry Jam 220g

Chuckleberry is a Redcurrant, Gooseberry and Jostaberry cross.

To make it more interesting a Jostaberry itself a hybrid of a Gooseberry and Blackcurrant. The result is a blackcurrant-like bush that produces high yields of dark, superbly flavoured, attractive, versatile berries in mid-July. The berries make fantastic red jams and jellies.
