RETURNS
If you are not entirely happy with anything you have purchased from the online shop, please contact Customer Services within 14 days of delivery by emailing retail@chelseaphysicgarden.co.uk or calling 020 735 5646.

If you wish to report a fault or mistake, please include a photo to illustrate the problem. Once you have been in touch, we will then give you individual advice on returns, replacements and refunds.

Please note:
• Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on pierced earrings, unless they are faulty.

CUSTOM PRINTS AND PRINT ON DEMAND RETURNS
Because each custom print and print on demand item is made to order, we cannot accept returns unless the print is damaged, incorrect or faulty.

If custom prints are purchased alongside other products, they will be dispatched separately, incurring a separate shipping charge.

As products are produced and dispatched a third party, delivery times may vary.
