Delivery information


We are only able to deliver within the UK and please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.


Custom prints and print on demand products are produced and delivered by a third part on behalf of the Garden so please note that delivery times may vary and an estimate should be supplied at checkout.


If your order weighs more than 5kg, please contact customer services for special delivery arrangements.


RETURNS
If you are not entirely happy with anything you have purchased from the online shop, please contact the Garden within 14 days of delivery by emailing retail@chesleaphysicgarden.co.uk. If you wish to report a fault or mistake, please include a photo if you can to illustrate the problem. Once you have been in touch, we will then give you individual advice on returns, replacements and refunds.


Please note:
• Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds on leggings or underwear unless they are faulty.


Please note: customs duties and import taxes for your order may vary from country to country. You are responsible for these charges and they are not included in shipping costs.

Because each custom print and print on demand item is made to order, we cannot accept returns unless the print is damaged, incorrect or faulty.
